I specialize in brief, solution-focused therapy to address problems quickly, allowing you to take positive steps toward a happier, healthier life. Cognitive-behavioural strategies guide you through steps that let you take your therapy with you and apply it to your life between sessions. You may call it "homework," but I define it as "progress." The focus is on the future goals you define, using the insights and tools to accelerate positive change.
Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available in our Calgary office. As a Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC), I’m able to offer telephone counselling if that approach is more convenient or comfortable.
